Elizabeth Noecker, CPS
Youth & Young Adult Coordinator, HT Grant elizabeth@pmhca.org Elizabeth N. serves as the Youth & Young Adult Coordinator at Youth MOVE PA, where she leads initiatives under the Healthy Transitions Grant for Luzerne-Wyoming Counties. Her role is centered on building, supporting, and sustaining Youth MOVE Revolution’s local chapter, fostering youth empowerment and community resilience. She is currently attending college for her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Elizabeth has lived experience with bipolar disorder, PTSD, panic disorder, major depressive disorder, psychosis, and dissociative disorder. In 2016 Elizabeth graduated from Northampton Community College with an associate degree in funeral service, allowing her to understand the grieving process and how it affects mental health. Elizabeth is an empath who is passionate about advocating and assisting those in need. Elizabeth enjoys crocheting, writing, spending time with her cats and husband. She enjoys challenges and problem-solving and is committed to her work. |

Aaron Hutson, CRS HEALTHY TRANSITIONS PROGRAM SPECIALIST Aaron Hutson is a Certified Recovery Specialist with Youth MOVE PA from Reading, Pennsylvania. He earned his CRS certification through Reading Area Community College in 2024 and is currently continuing his education at RACC, majoring in addiction studies. Aaron brings a grounded, compassionate approach to his work, drawing on both training and lived experience to support individuals on their recovery journeys. Aaron's dedication to personal growth, professional development, and fostering hope within the recovery community reflects his commitment to peer support. Outside of his professional role, Aaron embraces hobbies that are fun, restorative, and nourishing for the soul, a philosophy that shapes both his life and his approach to supporting others. |
